By accessing and using the services provided by PRIMEO ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Our services are engineered for high-performance visual growth and require mutual collaboration.
PRIMEO provides premium creative services including but not limited to video editing (short-form and long-form), thumbnail design, podcast editing, and Instagram page management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and strategy frameworks are outlined in individual project agreements signed by both parties.
Upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices, the client owns the final produced content. However, PRIMEO retains the right to use the produced content, including drafts and final versions, for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is explicitly signed.
Services are billed according to the agreed-upon rate in the project proposal. Payments are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice (Standard Net-7). Late payments may result in a suspension of creative deliverables and may incur additional processing fees.
PRIMEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any content performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion rates) which are subject to platform algorithms and external market factors.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for updates to our service architecture.
